Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of the Regun website, game and online services, operated by Dedeke David. By using Regun, you agree to these terms.

Playing Regun

You may use Regun for personal entertainment. Regun and its original artwork, music, branding and other content remain the property of their respective owners. These terms give you permission to play and use the site. Copying, redistributing or selling the game or its assets requires permission unless the law or a separate license allows it.

Accounts and fair play

Keep access to your account email and one-time codes secure. Choose a player name that respects other players and their rights. When using Regun, you agree to follow these rules.

• Play fairly. Keep cheats, automated play, score manipulation and exploit abuse out of online matches and rankings.
• Respect other players. Harassment, threats, impersonation and abusive names are prohibited.
• Respect the service. Unauthorized access, interference with other players’ sessions and attempts to bypass security controls are prohibited.

We may remove invalid scores or restrict online access for violations or to protect players and the service.

Beta builds and availability

Beta builds can contain bugs, and saves, progress or rankings may reset as the game changes. Online features can be interrupted, updated or discontinued. If you download Regun through a store or beta platform, that platform’s terms may also apply.

Consumer rights and liability

Your mandatory consumer rights apply. Where the law allows, Regun is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service. These terms preserve any liability that the law requires us to accept.
